The GP Asthma Consultation is dedicated to diagnosing, monitoring, and managing asthma in both adults and children. Our General Practitioners will conduct a detailed assessment of your respiratory health, including a review of symptoms, medication use, and triggering factors. The consultation may include lung function tests such as spirometry to evaluate breathing capacity and determine the severity of asthma (price of the test not included). The goal of the service is to develop an individualised asthma management plan that may include medication optimisation, education on inhaler techniques, and strategies for reducing exposure to asthma triggers to ensure optimal respiratory health.
